04. 11.02.2015 No one appears on behalf of the Opposite Party No. 2. In the nature of dispute between the parties, the matter was referred to the Mediation Centre but unfortunately the dispute could not be resolved.

Considering the merits of the case, provisional anticipatory bail granted to the Petitioner by order dated 03.04.2014 is, hereby, confirmed in connection with Pirpainti P.S. Case No. 53 of 2012 pending before the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Bhagalpur subject to the condition that the Petitioner will be well represented on each date and if he fails to do so on two consecutive dates, his bail will be liable to be cancelled.

From henceforth the Petitioner shall continue to pay

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.8159 of 2014 (4) dt.11-02-2015 Rs. 4,000/- (Four Thousand) per month awarded as maintenance filing certificate in the Court below before the 15th of every month in the present case. Further, Rs. 750/- as directed by this Court shall not be deposited if he deposits Rs. 4,000/- till the amount is revised and thereafter the revised amount shall be deposited before the 15th of every month.
