The first information report demonstrates that petitioner took the victim to teach lesson as her mother had lodged a criminal case against him and when elder sister of the informant came there, petitioner fled away.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as submissions of the parties and also taking note of this fact that petitioner is in jail custody since 9.3.2015, let the petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Sub divisional Judicial Magistrate, Sikrahana, East Champaran at Motihari in Ghorasahan P.S. Case no. 75/2015.
