The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Bakhtiyarpur P.S. Case No. 10 of 2019 registered under Section 395 of the Indian Penal Code.

Considering that the name of the petitioner transpired in course of investigation in the confessional statement of a coaccused and from the dalan of the house of the petitioner recovery of looted articles was made, which were put on T.I.
