JUSTICE ADITYA KUMAR TRIVEDI ORAL ORDER 28-06-2016 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. Case of the petitioner stood on similar footing than that of Dinesh Paswan and in the aforesaid background was denied privilege of bail vide Cr.Misc.No.17988 of 2015. Dinesh Paswan has been released on bail under Cr.Misc. No.46500 of 2015 in the background of the fact that one of the co-accused jumped whereupon the stage of the case became that of appearance. Accordingly, petitioner, Dudheshwar Mahto is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned A.D.J.-5th ,Patna City, in S.Tr. No.1025/1026 of 2014 arising out of Shahjehanpur P.S.Case

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.18466 of 2016 (2) dt.28-06-2016 2/2 No.03 of 2014 subject to the condition that one of the bailers should be a government servant in order to have presence of the petitioner during the course of the trial.
