JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 09-07-2015 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. The stolen motor cycle is said to have been recovered from the Garage of the petitioner. The stand of the petitioner is that someone had brought the aforesaid motorcycle for assessment of value of the motorcycle but in the meantime police reached there and recovered the above stated motorcycle. Petitioner does not have any criminal antecedent and is languishing in jail custody since14.03.2015.

Accordingly, above stated petitioner is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Judicial Magistrate,1st class, Gopalganj in connection with Bhore
