This application for grant of regular bail in connection with S.T. No. 10 of 2023 arise out of Benipatti P.S. Case No. 336 of 2020 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 448, 341, 323, 452, 307 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has got nine criminal antecedents and he is in custody since 02.07.2021.

Considering the criminal antecedents of the petitioner, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner. Accordingly, the prayer of bail of the petitioner is rejected herewith.
