JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 22-04-2016 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. Petitioner is named in the first information report but it would appear from perusal of the first information report that petitioner was accused in a case of dacoity and he had gone to meet his daughter and police made attempt to arrest him but he escaped from there and, after that, the informant lodged the present case against the petitioner and others. It appears that except the aforesaid facts and circumstance as well as criminal antecedent of the petitioner, there is nothing against him. Accordingly, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- with two
