The petitioner is in custody since 07.04.2022 in connection with Nawada (Nagar) P.S. Case No. 383 of 2021 registered for offences under Sections 30, 34, 36 of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2018.

Nothing has been recovered from the conscious possession of the petitioner.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and the fact that the petitioner has twenty antecedents out of which seventeen cases are of similar nature and also taking into consideration that he is in custody since 07.04.2022, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.
