The petitioner seeks bail in anticipation of his arrest in connection with Kargahar P. S. Case No. 67 of 2018, dated 27.02.2018, instituted for the offences under Sections 406 and 409 of the Indian Penal Code. The allegation against the petitioner is that he, in his capacity as Panchayat Secretary, did not furnish requisite information with respect to Teachers' Appointment in the year 2005 and 2008-2010.

It is the case of the petitioner that the entire

Considering the nature of accusation against the petitioner, he is directed to be released on bail, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt / production of a copy of this order, on his furnishing bail bonds in the sum of Rs. 10,000 /- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned A.C.J.M., Sasaram, Rohtas, in connection with Kargahar P. S. Case No. 67 of 2018, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438 (2) Cr.P.C.

The application stands allowed.
