JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 26-02-2021 The present petition has been filed for restoring a writ petition bearing CWJC No. 13300 of 2008, which has stood dismissed on account of non-prosecution by an order dated 05.09.2014. The learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the petitioner is a widow and since a statement was made by the earlier advocate on record that he has given a no objection certificate to the petitioner, the case of the widow petitioner could not be attended, hence, the writ petition stood dismissed on account of non-prosecution. Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case and taking into account the submissions made by the learned counsel for

Patna High Court MJC No.1920 of 2019(4) dt.26-02-2021 2/2 the petitioner, I deem it fit and proper to direct for restoring the aforesaid writ petition bearing CWJC No. 13300 of 2008 to its original file.
