2. The petitioner apprehends arrest in connection with Raghunathpur P.S. Case No. 60 of 2024 registered under Section 30(a) of Bihar Excise Act.
3. As per prosecution case, 95 liters illicit liquor was recovered from the motorcycle.
4. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in the present case due to police mechanism. Further submission is that petitioner is neither the owner nor the driver of the seized motorcycle from which the alleged recovery has been made. Petitioner has no concern with the illicit liquor. Nothing has been recovered from the conscious possession of

5. Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioner be released on bail, in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned court below within a period of six weeks from today, on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000 (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Exclusive Special Judge, Excise Court No. II, Siwan in connection with Raghunathpur P.S. Case No. 60 of 2024, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr. P.C.
