2. The petitioner has filed this writ application for a direction to the Jai Prakash University, Chapra for providing Mark-sheet and Certificate of Bachelor of Science (Physics Honours) Part-III examination in which the petitioner appeared and was declared successful in the year of 2015.

3. Learned counsel for the University produced the photo copy of the Mark-sheet and the Provisional Certificate of Bachelor of Science (Physics Honours) Part-III, 2015 which have been handed over to the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner. Learned counsel for the University submits that if the petitioner applies in proper format along with requisite fee for providing Mark-sheet and the certificate, the University shall provide the same within a reasonable time frame.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner, in view of the

Patna High Court CWJC No.22186 of 2018(3) dt.24-03-2023 2/2 aforesaid statement made by the University counsel, submits that this writ application may be disposed with liberty to the petitioner to file an application along with necessary fee before the Respondent-University for grant of original Mark-sheet and original Certificate of Bachelor of Science (Physics Honours) Part-3, 2015.

5. In view of the submissions made on behalf of the parties, the present writ application stands disposed of with liberty to the petitioner to file an application before the University in proper format along with necessary fee for grant of original Mark-sheet and original Certificate of Bachelor of Science (Physics Honours) Part-3, 2015 within a period of 15 days.

6. If such an application is filed by the petitioner before the University, the University shall be obliged to provide the original Mark-sheet and original Certificate of Bachelor of Science (Physics Honours) Part-3, 2015, within a period of one month from the date of filing of application by the petitioner.
