Chandra Shekhar Paswan, deceased, who was residing along with informant Ramdeo Paswan being his sister's son on 20.09.2014 at 6.30 p.m. had proceeded towards field during midst thereof, Hiraman Paswan, Shivraj Paswan (petitioner) and Maharaj Paswan intercepted him, abused, assaulted and during course thereof, Hiraman Paswan gave lathi blow over his head causing severe injury, Shivraj Paswan took away Rs.26,000/- while Maharaj Paswan snatched away wrist watch. During course of treatment, Chandra Shekhar Paswan died.

Accordingly, petitioner, Shiv Raj Paswan is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.23192 of 2015 (02) dt.09-07-2015 Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Mr. Sudhir Sinha, Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Sikharna, Motihari in connection with Ghorasahan P. S. Case no.385 of 2014.
