The petitioner is not named in the first information report. The name of the petitioner figured in the case in the confessional statement of co-accused Md. Wakil and thereafter the police apprehended the petitioner and took his confessional statement. Except confessional statement, no other material has been collected.

Considering the facts aforesaid, the petitioner above named, is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like
