The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Revilganj P.S. Case No. 59 of 2018 registered for the offense punishable under Sections 341/323/324/307/379/504/ 325/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the allegation against the petitioner is of having attacked the informant with Lathi on the right hand. Learned counsel further submits that the entire allegations are false and fabricated. Considering the aforementioned facts and circumstances and that there being no specific reason for the occurrence and also that the petitioner is having no criminal antecedent, let the petitioner above named be released on bail, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the court below within
