The petitioner is languishing in custody since 06.02.2015 in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 394/411 of the Indian Penal Code.

The accusation is of robbing motorcycle, mobile and cash of the informant when petitioner and Sheikh Salim were apprehended on chase.

It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that the seizure list reflects that the motorcycle was found near the house of one Rajesh Kumar from where it was seized and produced before the police by Manik Kumar Singh. Sheikh Salim, who was apprehended on the spot, has been granted

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.24604 of 2015 (2) dt.21-07-2015 2/2 bail vide Cr. Misc. No. 21315 of 2015. The investigation has already concluded. Though, the petitioner has also been made accused in other case registered for the same incident under the Arms Act, though no recovery was made from the petitioner. Considering the aforesaid facts, let the above named petitioner, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Judicial Magistrate, Ist Class, Araria in connection with Narpatganj P.S.
