The name of the petitioner surfaced in this case in the confessional statement of co-accused Moharram Nut and from perusal of the impugned order, I find that the petitioner was remanded in the present case on 28.01.2016 on the basis of confessional statement of coaccused and except the aforesaid material, there appears to be nothing against the petitioner.

Accordingly, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/ - (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Saran at Chapra in connection with Kopa P.S. case No.114 of 2015.
