The petitioners seek bail in anticipation of their arrest in connection with Chautarwa (Bathwariya) P.S. Case No. 134 of 2020 dated 04.05.2020 instituted

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.32591 of 2020(2) dt.19-02-2021 2/3 for the offences under Sections 147, 149, 341, 323, 325, 354, 354(B), 354(C), 447, 379 and 504 of the Indian Penal Code.

There is accusation of assaulting the informant and the members of his family.

Learned counsel for the petitioners has submitted that there is a counter version of the occurrence also. The petitioners and the informant are next door neighbours and the occurrence took place because of a petty dispute. The petitioners also have received injuries and the prosecution side of the present case have been released on bail. The injuries suffered by the informant and others do not appear to be grievous. Considering the nature of accusation and the counter version of the occurrence, the petitioners are directed to be released on bail, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, on their
