The present case was lodged against three named and 3-4 unknown persons but in course of investigation, one coaccused, Md. Azad @ Laddu was arrested in connection with Karja P.S. case No. 129 of 2014 and accepted his guilt disclosing his involvement as well as involvement of the petitioner and others in the present crime and except the aforesaid so-called confessional statement of co-accused, there appears to be nothing against the petitioner, who is languishing in jail custody since 19.01.2016.

Considering the facts aforesaid and submission of the parties, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.16136 of 2016 (2) dt.21-04-2016 2/2 furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/ - (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Sri Amit Kumar Tiwary, learned Judicial Magistrate, 1st class, Muzaffarpur in connection with Karja P.S. case No.04 of 2016.
