Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.33151 of 2019(2) dt.20-05-2019 2/3 CORAM: HONOURABLE JUSTICE SMT. ANJANA MISHRA ORAL ORDER 20-05-2019 Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned counsel for the State.

The petitioners are apprehending their arrest in connection with Barahara P.S. Case No. 103 of 2019 for the offence registered under Sections 147, 148, 323, 504, 506, 325 and 307 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act.

Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the allegation against the petitioners are general and omnibus. There is no specific allegation against the petitioners. It is further submitted that there is case and counter case between the parties with injuries having been inflicted on both sides. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case, let the petitioners, above named, in the event of their arrest/surrender before the learned counsel below within a period of four weeks from today, be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Bhojpur at Ara in connection with Barahara P.S. Case No. 103 of 2019, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal
