2. In terms of previous orders, show cause has been filed on behalf of opposite party no. 2 (District Magistrate, Madhepura). In the same, copy of order dated 26.10.2019 passed by him has been brought on record. The same indicates that the order dated 23.11.2015 passed in CWJC No. 24095 of 2013, has been complied with.

4. Accordingly, the application stands disposed off.
5. However, it shall be open to the petitioner to move before the appropriate forum, in accordance with law, with regard to any grievance relating to the order passed by the District Magistrate, Madhepura.
