The petitioner is languishing in custody since 22.03.2015 in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 363 and 366A of the Indian Penal Code. The accusation is of kidnapping the minor of the informant when the informant talked with the petitioner on mobile who suggested that the informant's daughter was kidnapped by Chandrashekhar Kumar Thakur.

In 164 Cr.P.C. statement the victim has stated that Chandrashekhar forcibly got the victim seated in a vehicle wherein the parents of Chandrashekhar Kumar Thakur and this petitioner being the friend of Chandrashekhar Kumar Thakur were

The victim claims to have return of her own and has stated that in paragraph no. 4 of 164 Cr.P.C. statement that she was known to Chandrashekhar Kumar Thakur from before. A statement has been made in paragraph 3 of the petition that the petitioner has no criminal antecedent. Considering the thrust of accusation against co-accused Chandrashekhar Kumar Thakur, let the above named petitioner, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Sitamarhi in connection with Sitamarhi P.S. Case No. 227 of 2015.
