JUSTICE VINOD KUMAR SINHA ORAL ORDER 20-08-2019 This application, for grant of anticipatory bail, arises out of Rampur P.S. Case No. 339 of 2018, disclosing offences under Sections 341, 323, 324, 307, 379, 427 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Allegation against the petitioner and several other accused persons including one Vicky Singh is that they entered inside the house of the informant and took away Rs. Twenty Five Thousand and on protest co-accused Vicky Singh stabbed the informant.

Submission of learned counsel for the petitioner is that petitioner is a lady and has falsely been implicated in this case and no specific allegation has been attributed to her. Heard learned A.P.P. also.

Having heard both sides, in view of the above facts,

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.34096 of 2019(2) dt.20-08-2019 2/2 this application is allowed. Let the petitioner, above named, in the event of her arrest or surrender before the court below within six weeks, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 25,000/- (Rupees Twenty five Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Gaya, in connection with Rampur P.S.
