JUSTICE ASHWANI KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 19-08-2015 Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned counsel for the State.

The petitioners seek bail in connection with Arwal Mahila P.S. Case No.3 of 2013 registered for the offence punishable under section 376G of the Indian Penal Code. The prayer for bail of the petitioners was earlier rejected by this Court vide order dated 13.1.2014 passed in Cr. Misc. No.27959 of 2013. By filing this application, he has renewed his prayer for bail.

The name of the petitioners transpired in course of investigation on the basis of confession made by co-accused Munna Paswan, who has disclosed that he along with the petitioners and two others raped the victim of the case. The

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.37549 of 2015 (2) dt.19-08-2015 2/2 medical report duly corroborates the allegation made in the FIR. In that view of the matter, I do not find any reason to take a different of the matter. Accordingly, the application is dismissed.
