JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 22-04-2016 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. The allegation of cheating appears to be centered around against the co-accused Prashant Kumar and so far as petitioner is concerned, it is alleged that he along with some others were caught from the office and some forged documents were recovered from their possession. Moreover, having more or less similar allegation, one co-accused Pawan Kumar has already been granted privilege of bail by this Court. Petitioner does not have any criminal antecedent and is languishing in jail custody since 28.01.2016.

Accordingly, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- with two
