Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner fulfills the condition for grant of affiliation in Science. With reference to Annexure-6, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the District Education Officer, Kaimur, Bhabhua after inspection has submitted favorable report. Despite the favorable report, the matter of affiliation is pending at the level of Bihar School Examination Board. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of Bihar School

Patna High Court CWJC No.10964 of 2019(4) dt.26-07-2019 2/2 Examination Board submits that the Bihar School Examination Board has asked the District Education Officer, Kaimur, Bhabhua to furnish further details and the same has not reached the Examination Board till date and as such no final decision was taken.

Considering the aforesaid, the writ application is disposed of with a direction to the Bihar School Examination Board to take appropriate decision after obtaining the report of the District Education Officer, Kaimur, Bhabhua at the earliest preferably within a period of 60 days from the date of receipt/ production of copy of this order. The District Education Officer, Kaimur, Bhabhua is required to furnish the desired information to the Examination Board within a period of 30 days from today. With the aforesaid, the present writ application stands disposed of.
