The petitioner seeks bail in Korha P.S. Case No. 127 of 2021, registered for the offence punishable punishable under Section 379/511 of the Indian Penal Code.

As per the prosecution case, this petitioner was arrested while committing theft of motorcycle of the informant. It is submitted on behalf of the petitioner that petitioner has falsely been implicated in this case. In fact, petitioner belongs to Scheduled Caste community and working in Manrega and the informant also working in Manrega office as Clerk and the petitioner used to approach him to prepare Manrega card for which informant used to demand illegal gratification from petitioner. The office staff badly assaulted the petitioner and took him to the police station and falsely implicated him in this case. It is submitted that petitioner has been remanded in three more case after apprehension of this petitioner in the present case. in Petitioner is in custody since 14.03.2021. Chargesheet has already been submitted. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the petitioner above-named, is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.

10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Katihar in connection with Korha P.S.
