The petitioner is alleged to have demanded wheat from the informant and, on refusal, the petitioner fired causing the death of the son of the informant on the spot. Having considered the nature of allegation made against the petitioner, I am not inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bail in Pandarak P.S. Case No. 50 of 2014. Accordingly, the same is rejected.
