Considering the nature of claim made by the petitioners in the writ application, particularly when the counsel for the petitioners has confined the prayer for payment of unpaid honorarium, the writ petition is disposed of with the direction to the State Legal Services Authority to examine the claim of the petitioners and if it is found that the petitioners have rendered voluntary service and entitled to honorarium in terms of the scheme, necessary order for payment of honorarium may be passed after verification of the record.

With the aforesaid, writ petition stands disposed of. It is made clear that the Court has not expressed any
