This application for anticipatory bail arises out of Mahila P.S. Case No. 06 of 2021 for the offence punishable under Sections 376, 377/34 of the Indian Penal Code, under Section 4 of the POCSO Act and under Sections 3(i)(r)(w)(i)3(2)(v-a) of the S.C./S.T. Act.

Considering the nature of allegation levelled against the petitioner and the age of the victim, I am not inclined to grant him anticipatory bail. Accordingly, this anticipatory bail application is dismissed.
