JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 28-04-2016 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered under Sections-363, 366(A), 368/34 of the Indian Penal Code and under -12 of POSCO Act.

Petitioner is said to be owner of an orchestra party and some minor girls were rescued by NGO. The aforesaid minor girls had been recruited by the petitioner and co-accused for the purpose of dance. Moreover, co-accused Kishori Mahto has already been granted privilege of bail by a coordinate bench of this court and the case of this petitioner appears to be similar to that of aforesaid co-accused, Kishori Mahto.
