JUSTICE SANJEEV PRAKASH SHARMA ORAL ORDER 28-11-2022 The petitioner by way of this writ petition assails the order dated 20th July, 2021, whereby he was suspended with a prayer to revoke the order of suspension.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that during the pendency of the petition the respondents have revoked the suspension order vide order dated 06.07.2022, however, his subsistence allowance for the intervening period has not been paid.

Leaving it for the petitioner to take-up the matter with the respondents relating to the salary/subsistence allowance for the intervening period which would of course be subject to the

Patna High Court CWJC No.14108 of 2021(4) dt.28-11-2022 2/2 decision in the departmental enquiry pending, this writ petition held to become infructuous.
