The petitioner is accused in connection with Makhdumpur P.S. Case No. 212 of 2015 (S. T. No. 382 of 2015) registered under Sections 304 and 302/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act, pending in the court of Additional Sessions Judge-3, Jehanabad.

The accusation is of causing firearm injury by the petitioner to the mother of the informant, who died later on. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits petitioner has falsely been implicated in this case due to ulterior motive. It is further submitted that petitioner is in custody since 15.07.2015.
