The petitioner is accused in connection with Makhdumpur P.S. Case No. 212 of 2015 (S. T. No. 382 of 2015) registered under Sections 304 and 302/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act, pending in the court of Additional Sessions Judge-3, Jehanabad.
The accusation is of causing firearm injury by the petitioner to the mother of the informant, who died later on. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits petitioner has falsely been implicated in this case due to ulterior motive. It is further submitted that petitioner is in custody since 15.07.2015. Having considered the facts and circumstances of the
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.17812 of 2016 (2) dt.02-05-2016 case and the nature of allegation against the petitioner, I am not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner. Accordingly, his prayer for grant of bail stands rejected.
