2. In the instant petition, petitioner has prayed for the following relief/reliefs:

"A. For issuance of an appropriate writ/s, order/s, direction for the followings:-

Patna High Court CWJC No.10258 of 2020 dt.10-01-2022 2/2 I. To direct the respondent no. 6 to dispose of the Anganbari Appeal No. 35/2019 filed by the petitioner against the order dated 05.12.2019 passed by the respondent no. 7 in Sevika Selection Appeal No. 02/2019 cancelling the selection of the petitioner on the post of Anganbari Sevika of Anganbari Centre of Laiya Tola (Centre Code - 133) corresponding to Ward No. 01 of Gram Panchayat Raj Ahwar Majhariya under Bettiah Block of West Champaran District.

II. To set aside the order dated 05.12.2019 passed by the respondent No. 7 in Sevika Selection Appeal No. 02/2019 cancelling the selection of the petitioner on the post of Anganbari Sevika of Anganbari Centre of Laiya Tola (Centre Code - 133) corresponding to Ward No. 01 of Gram Panchayat Raj Ahwar Majhariya under Bettiah Block of West Champaran District. (Annexure-8).

B. For any other relief/s to which the petitioner is found entitled to."

3. Short question for consideration in the present petition is relating to disposal of Appeal No. 35/2019 which is pending consideration on the file of the Appellate Authority. The Appellate Authority is hereby directed to decide the aforesaid appeal within a period of three months from the date of receipt of this order.

4. With the above observation, writ petition stands disposed off.
