JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 28-04-2016 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered under Section 394 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act. One co-accused Md. Ejaj was arrested and made confessional statement disclosing the name of the petitioner. Subsequently, petitioner was arrested and he, too, made his confessional statement. It appears that except the aforesaid confessional statements, as well as some criminal antecedent of the petitioner, there is nothing against the petitioner. Petitioner is in jail custody since 24.6.2015, but I.O. did not take any pain to arrange the Test Identification Parade as yet. Accordingly, the petitioner above named is directed
