The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Rudrapur P.S. Case No. 180 of 2022 registered for the offence under Sections 366(A), 34 of the Indian Penal Code. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is in custody since 26.12.2022, the petitioner is the mother of the main accused, the petitioner is quite innocent and has committed no offence as alleged by the informant. Learned A.P.P. has vehemently opposed the prayer for bail.

Considering the fact that the petitioner is the
