The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered under Sections 379, 506, 386 and other sections of the Indian Penal Code.

The informant alleged that the petitioner along with other accused persons came on the field on which the informant had grown wheat crops and they looted away wheat worth Rs. 16,000/-. The petitioner is alleged to be leading the mob. The petitioner is in jail since 10.03.2014. The petitioner has remained in jail for more than four months.

Considering the facts aforesaid and the nature of allegation made against the petitioner, the above named petitioner is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each
