The petitioner is in custody in connection with Rasulpur P.S. Case No.132 of 2018 for the offences under Sections 395 and 397 of the Indian Penal Code. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that allegation against the petitioner is that he was involved in loot of silver jwellery and gold ornaments. Learned counsel further submits that no stolen article was recovered from the conscious possession of the petitioner. Petitioner is in custody since 21.02.2019.

Considering the fact that no stolen article was recovered from the conscious possession of the petitioner, the Court is inclined to grant bail to the petitioner. Let the petitioner,
