The District Magistrate, Darbhanga, is directed to see to it that the encroachment is removed from all the three plots after measurement in his presence and he will see to it that no re-encroachment is being done by the encroachers. The Senior Superintendent of Police, Darbhanga, will take all legal steps including arresting the encroachers if they

The Senior Superintendent of Police, Darbhanga, will also see to it that the petitioner or his family members or his agents are not assaulted by the encroachers and for that he may be given police protection for a certain period.

In case of non-compliance of the order, the petitioner is given liberty to file a revival application. With the aforesaid observations and directions, this application is disposed of.
