JUSTICE DINESH KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 23-07-2015 Heard learned counsels for the petitioners and the State. The petitioners are languishing in custody since 15/16.2.2015 in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341,323,342,325,307 and 504/34 of the Indian Penal Code.
It is alleged that when the son of the informant Laxman Yadav went to ease then both the petitioners assaulted him. The injury report suggests grievous injury on the head and chest. It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioners that for the occurrence of 4.9.2014 the FIR was registered on 18.9.2014 and Statement has been made in paragraph 3 of the petition that the petitioners have no criminal antecedent. Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.25793 of 2015 (2) dt.23-07-2015 2/2 over, the investigation has already concluded. Considering the delayed lodging of the FIR, let the above named petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned JM Ist Clas, Jamui in connection with Sikandra P.S. Case No. 144 of 2014.
