====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE RAJENDRA KUMAR MISHRA ORAL ORDER ---------------- 23-09-2015 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned A.P.P. for the State.
The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Excise Case No.31 of 2014 registered under Section 47(A) of the Excise Act, pending in the court of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Gaya. Earlier the prayer of the petitioner for grant of bail was dismissed by a Bench of this Court vide order dated 03.03.2015 passed in Criminal Misc. No.47831 of 2014 considering the repeated indulgence of the petitioner in the commission of similar offence.
I find no reason to reconsider the prayer of the petitioner for grant of bail. Accordingly, the prayer of the
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.24658 of 2015 (3) dt.23-09-2015 2/2 petitioner for grant of bail stands rejected for the present. However, the petitioner would be at liberty to renew his prayer for bail after three months.
