JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 14-07-2015 Heard learned counsel for petitioner and learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. The petitioner is languishing in jail custody since 01-04-2015 on the accusation that he tried to outrage the modesty of the informant and also torn her clothes. The occurrence is said to have taken place on 25-01-2015 whereas; the written report was given on 04-022015. The contention on behalf of the petitioner is that there was land dispute between the parties and much prior to filing of the present case, the mother of the petitioner had filed complaint case against the family members of the informant.
