The petitioner is accused in connection with Ramnagar P.S. Case No. 159 of 2015 registered under sections 304/B and 201/34 of the I.P.C. pending in the Court of S.D.J.M., Bagha, West Champaran.

The accusation is of killing of daughter of the informant by her husband and in-laws' due to non-fulfillment of demands of dowry and disposed of the dead body. Admittedly, petitioner is the husband of the deceased, who died within 7 years of her marriage and her dead body has been disposed of.

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.19046 of 2016 (3) dt.22-06-2016 2/2 Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case and nature of allegation, I am not inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bail. Accordingly, prayer of the petitioner for bail is rejected.
