The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Industrial Area P.S. Case No. 93 of 2021 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341/323/353/379/504/ 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Considering the allegation against the petitioner and also the criminal antecedent, the present anticipatory bail application is allowed.

No.43815 of 2021(2) dt.23-05-2022 2/2 Accordingly, let the petitioner above named be released on bail, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of eight weeks from today, on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Vaishali at Hajipur in connection with Industrial Area P.S. Case No. 93 of 2021, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438 (2) of the Cr.P.C. and also subject to the condition that the petitioner shall deposit Rupees Ten Thousand in the District Legal Aid Committee, Vaishali at Hajipur.

At the time of furnishing bail bond, the petitioner will produce the receipt showing deposit of Rupees Ten Thousand in the District Legal Aid Committee, Vaishali at Hajipur. (Sandeep Kumar, J) Saif/- U T
