The petitioner is accused in connection with Sabour P.S. Case No.251/2015 registered under Sections 363 and 366(A)/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

The accusation is of kidnapping the minor daughter of the informant by this petitioner, his two brothers, father and wife.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that in fact one Deepak Das, brother-in-law of the petitioner used to reside at his house and in that course he developed relation with the daughter of the informant and fled away with her but with ulterior motive, the petitioner and his whole family has been

Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, the petitioner, above named, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate Xth, Bhagalpur in connection with Sabour P.S.
