The petitioner seeks his bail in Kasim Bazar P.S.Case No. 177 of 2014 registered under Sections 25(1-b), (a), 26, 35 of the Arms Act.

The prayer for bail of the petitioner was earlier rejected vide order dated 12.1.2015 passed in Cr.Misc.No.1075 of 2015 with the observation that the petitioner shall renew his prayer for bail after remaining four months in jail. The petitioner is in jail since 12.10.2014. The petitioner has already remained in jail for 9 months.

Considering the facts aforesaid, the petitioner, named above, is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Smt. Rachna Srivastava, Judicial Magistrate, Ist Class, Munger in connection with Kasim Bazar P.S.Case No. 177 of 2014.
