Petitioner is accused in connection with Rampur P.S. Case No. 69 of 2015 registered under Section 394 of the I.P.C.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that petitioner is not named in the F.I.R. In course of investigation, the petitioner was apprehended by the Police in Rampur P.S. Case No. 116 of 2015 registered under section 392 of the I.P.C. and the Police got recorded the confessional statement of the petitioner showing his involvement in the present and two other cases. Except that, there is nothing against the petitioner. It is further submitted that petitioner is in custody since 08.11.2015.

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.17749 of 2016 (2) dt.29-04-2016 2/2 Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of C.J.M., Gaya in connection with Rampur P.S. Case No. 69 of 2015. Out of two sureties, one surety must be parents or close relatives of the petitioner.
