The petitioner seeks bail in Amas P.S. Case No. 125/2018, instituted for offence under Section(s) 412 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

It is alleged in the written report that on the date of occurrence informant got information that amount of Rs. 25 lacs has been looted from the workers of Toll Plaza near P.N.B. Bank, Amas. It is alleged that two accused persons were apprehended, who disclosed their name as Shubhan and Pinku Kumar. The police seized Rs. 2,50,000/- from their possession. It is further alleged that local villagers stated that rest amount have been looted by villagers of village-Pathra. Thereafter police surrounded the village and raided the house of Dinesh

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.32577 of 2019(2) dt.16-05-2019 2/2 Yadav along with the house of this petitioner. It is alleged that Rs. 2 lacs has been recovered from the house of this petitioner. Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that petitioner was not apprehended on the spot. No T.I.P. has been held of the aforesaid notes. He has been falsely implicated in this case.

Petitioner is in custody since 01.04.2019.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, prayer of the petitioner for grant of bail is allowed. Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Sherghati, Gaya, in connection with Amas P.S. Case No. 125/2018, subject to the conditions that both the bailors shall be the close relative of the petitioner. (Sanjay Priya, J) rakhi/- U T
