2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Khodawandpur P.S. Case No. 168 of 2024, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 126(2), 115(2), 109, 74, 352, 3(5) of the BNS.
3. It is alleged that while the informant was grazing buffaloes, the accused persons including the petitioner present there, started abusing and consequently, assaulted the informant with lathi and danda, causing injuries and when his son and wife came to rescue, they were also assaulted.
4. The learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in this case. There is case and counter case and the injuries are simple in nature. The petitioner and the informant are agnates.

5. On the other hand, learned APP for the State has opposed the prayer for bail.
6. Considering the above-mentioned facts and circumstances let the petitioner, in the event of his arrest or surrender within four weeks before the learned court below, be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Sessions Judge-VII, Begusarai in connection with Khodawandpur P.S. Case No. 168 of 2024, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the CrPC/482(2) of the BNSS, 2023.
