The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Bihta P.S. Case No. 379 of 2014 dated 10.06.2014 instituted for the offences under Sections 302/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act. In view of the trial court report which states that the trial would be concluded within a period of two weeks if defence co-operates in the trial, I am not inclined to exercise my discretion for granting bail to the
